Would this be true?

We received a note from Denise, our Russian adoption consultant, that we should get a referral for our children by the end of August. This would mean within the coming 2 weeks! I am keeping my fingers crossed this is true. We are so ready for our children (we includes, Marc and myself, my parents, my brother and sister, and my nieces.) and not being able to prepare anything but paperwork is becoming quite frustrating.
